Terms of Service
The plain
print.
No legalese for its own sake. This is the agreement behind every Draga build, read it in five minutes.
Effective July 11, 2026
1. What Draga does
Draga designs, builds, hosts, and maintains websites (and, soon, agents) for its clients. Every engagement begins with a free submission and a free walkthrough where you see a live mockup of your build. You owe nothing until you approve the build and choose a plan.
2. Plans & billing
Draga offers two subscription tiers, billed through Stripe:
- Base, $49.99 / month (as part of a 12-month agreement) or $349.99 billed yearly.
- Premium, $74.99 / month (as part of a 12-month agreement) or $724.99 billed yearly.
Both tiers include hosting, your domain, storage, and database servicing, infrastructure is never an upsell. Premium additionally includes the backend event signup package, event logistics, monthly strategy consults (Base includes bi-annual consults), and priority support.
3. The 12-month agreement
Monthly plans are a 12-month commitment billed monthly. By subscribing to a monthly plan you agree to twelve monthly payments; if you cancel early, the remaining months of the current 12-month term become due, or your cancellation takes effect at the end of that term, whichever you prefer. Yearly plans prepay the same 12 months at a discount and renew annually unless cancelled before the renewal date.
This commitment exists because a Draga build is front-loaded work: the design, engineering, and infrastructure are delivered in full at the start of the term.
4. What’s yours, what’s ours
Your content is yours: the copy, images, media, brand assets, and data you provide or that your site collects (including your submissions and customers) belong to you.
While your subscription is in good standing, your website, its design and pages, is yours to use, and we run it for you. The underlying Draga engine, tooling, templates, and build system remain Draga’s. If your subscription ends, we’ll cooperate in good faith to export your content and data.
5. Hosting & third parties
We operate your site on industry-standard infrastructure (currently Vercel for hosting and Supabase for database and storage; Stripe for payments). We choose and manage these providers, monitor your site, and make reasonable efforts to keep it available and secure, but no host can guarantee uninterrupted uptime, and we are not liable for outages of the underlying providers.
6. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, to hold the rights to the content you give us, and not to use your site for anything unlawful, deceptive, or harmful. We may decline or discontinue work that we reasonably believe crosses those lines.
7. Changes & termination
We may update these terms from time to time; material changes will be posted here with a new effective date, and continued use of the service after a change constitutes acceptance. Either party may end the engagement at the end of its current term. We may suspend service for non-payment after reasonable notice.
8. The fine print
The service is provided “as is” to the maximum extent permitted by law; our total liability for any claim is capped at the amounts you paid Draga in the twelve months preceding the claim. These terms are the entire agreement between you and Draga regarding the service and are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
